Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the MiraMice online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to monitor settings. Stock availability is shown in real time; we reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and will issue a full refund.

Order process

Placing items in your cart does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order. MiraMice does not store payment card details.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown on the Info page and during checkout. MiraMice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & exchanges

As our products are handmade or limited-edition art prints, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of MiraMice and are protected by copyright law. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to enjoy the artwork. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered address of MiraMice in Switzerland. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
